Zip Standard Terms and Conditions for Malaysian Sales:

Terms of Payment:

50% upon confirmation of order and balance payment after installation.

Stock to be collected within 90 days from the date of Purchase Order (PO).

Balance payment to be made within 30 days in order stock to be reserved and kept for 90 days.

Items / Goods below RM3000 is Cash On Delivery.

Subject to current prevailing Exchange Rate of RM.

Goods waiting period within 8 weeks will require 50% deposit. Upon payment orders will be placed.

24 Months against manufacturing defects for Malaysia Projects.

All repairing cost shall be incurred; acts of God; damaged through any external force

or impact or misuse that is not stated in the product’s design feature/specification;

technology limitations and third party’s modification, power surge,

tamper repairs, connectivity & software.

To be provided by owner. Ventilation for the Zip Hydro Tap must follow Manufacturer’s Instruction, otherwise warranty is VOID.

All installation and service must be performed by a qualified and authorised BranPac, Zipwater Malaysia installer(s) only.
